I would turn up the radio and get to work. Start with the trash ( pick it up), then make the bed. Pick up all the laundry of the floor and on dressers and put it in the correct spots. Then pick up all the objects that happen to be in your room. Dust, vacumm, open a window to get some fresh air in, your room will look great! This should take no more than 15-20 minutes.
